My husband and I had the most amazing stay at the Grand in Birmingham. The hotel is fantastic and has been renovated beautifully. All the staff were good but we need to make a special mention to Isatou kassama; who was the lovely, smiley and super professional every time we spend some time in the Madeleine bar. Thank you Isatou kassama for making our stay so special.

The room was lovely: clean, nice design with attention to detail, and there was even great tea with cookies. Breakfast in the restaurant/pub next door was fantastic: good choice, great quality, and very charming service staff!

The hospitality at the hotel was brilliant. All facilities were very modern and access in and out of the property was so easy Sarah was excellent as the person checking me in, sorting out my personal requests and making sure my stay was comfortable. I’ll definitely be back when working in the area next time

Perfect choice if u just looking for sth in Birmingham where to stay just for 1 night for low price. In the room even was the kettle, a lot of the tea and the coffee - what for that price was unexpectedly. The only 1 thing i didn’t get - why besides one double bed we got two single one’s which were just pushed together. Is it in every room like that? But sleeping was comfortable❤️we are happy

I like every thing in the Hotel. Mr. Sidharth at the Reception Desk was highly cordial and helpful. Some other staff at the Reception were also helpful, I forgot their names. Staff in the Restaurant the House Keeping were also very helpful. Keep it up.
