What a warm welcome! A beautiful hotel and we were treated to an upgrade upon arrival. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed was big enough for us (we're tall people, 184cm & 195cm and usually don't fit in a standard bed in England). The food (both from the bar and breakfast) is fresh and tasty: loved it. We used the spa as well and that is a very nice bonus of this hotel.

Holiday Inn Express Bath is a 15-minute walk from the magnificent Roman centre of Bath, a UNESCO World Heritage city.

Everything was lovely - all the staff we encountered from waitresses/hosts and receptionists were fabulous - so courteous and accommodating - we would like to especially name Tally Browne - she was exceptionally friendly, courteous, professional and helpful - she is an absolute credit to your organisation and you are very luck to have someone like her working for you - we will definitely be back and will also recommend your hotel to our friends. The location, just outside Bath, was great for me, as it was accessible to the centre, yet lovely and quiet. Facilities were top notch - a big, comfy bed with crisp white sheets, all facilities clean and fresh, with luxurious fluffy towels in the bright bathroom. Loved the characterful pub downstairs. The owners were charming and helpful. Next time I'm in Bath, this will be my choice for accommodation. Great value.
