Everything was absolutely amazing! Billy, Meci, Fenny, Susan, and Eman — it says a lot that I still remember all their names — made our vacation truly unforgettable. The service was outstanding, among the best I’ve ever experienced. Our room was cleaned daily, the pool was fantastic, and the whole atmosphere let you fully embrace the Bali vibe. We stayed for 5 nights, and honestly, I wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

La Santa Rosa exceeded our expectations from their warm service staff who were always ready to greet and help to the pools and lounge areas that were kept clean and (almost exclusively to us during our stay!) The staff regularly checked in when we lounged for our needs, the house keeping made sure our room was always ready and the bar served delicious drinks at the ready.

We stayed in that place for a week. It was so comfortable. The rooms and the building is clean and calm. Especially the owner is so helpful for every needs and very very kind. So we really loved that place
