While our trip began with some challenges—our flight being canceled, for example— Palazzo Esedra team’s efforts truly turned things around and made this trip a memorable experience. Although the hotel is rated 4 stars, the service we received was definitely 5-star quality. The care, attention, recommendations and assistance provided throughout our stay were exceptional! The housekeeping team, in particular, was outstanding in maintaining cleanliness and attending to every detail in our room. One suggestion I have is to consider adding more variety to the breakfast buffet, perhaps by including more vegetables. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
