- Location is very practical if you come by train or bus (from the airport), hotel is just in front, it is also enough staggered to be calm and restful, You feel really in Venice with canals and waterways, with Bus station not far. Beautiful garden inside. - Our room was charming and comfortable (we had the 4th floor room, top of the building with lovely inclined ceiling in wood) with a beautiful view on the large garden. Bathroom well designed - Staff of the hotel very gentle and helpful - Breakfast was good - For the birthday of my wife we had a very gentle surprise, I would not say more to avoid spoiling :)

The staff was amazing. Very helpful and kind. The location was very good. The breakfast good and diverse. And, we had a very good surprise finding out that in the cost we paid there is included a free trip to Murano and Glass factory visit.

The breakfast was perfect. The best we had in Europe hotels and we do travel a lot! Dinner was exceptional. We had dinner at the hotel the first night we arrived and we could not resist the taste, we took dinner every night during our stay. The staff at the reception, restaurant and all over were so helpful, friendly and good at their job. The rooms were very clean, free coffee, tea and snacks were offered. Toiletries, slippers, bathrobes, everything one needs was there. The location of the hotel was also wonderful, walking distance to everywhere and very close to the main train and water bus stations. In short, absolutely perfect.

    HORRIBLE instructions. Not clear what to do, where to go.

    HORRIBLE instructions. Not clear what to do, where to go. LOTS of walking. Monorail you pay to take you a small way that you have to pay for - but saves you much less time that you have to walk the rest of the way to get there. Ridiculous system.
