The hotel was super clean, the rooms were cleaned daily. The rooms and the hotel was modern, beds were confy. The staff were super nice and helpful. I was at Kyoto before the check-in, so I could left my luggage at the hotel (locked by pin of my own choice) and could ho explore the city. The hotel is 1 station from Kyoto main station and there are bus stop too, so it is very easy to go around and back to the hotel. I recomend, would booked the hotel again.

Amazing location, amazing hotel building and great staff. Luckily my wife speaks Japanese so we did not need bi-lingual staff, but it was great they had them there. We have a 2 year old so needed to cook our own food a lot of the time, so having the facilities in our room was amazing for us. Size of the room, bath and everything was literally perfect. Thank you.
