Free drinks are included at reception as well as a wide range of bathroom items. There are two free karaoke rooms in the hotel as well which can be pretty expensive elsewhere. Secondly, the staff are very polite and helpful, and are very attentive to any request I had. Thirdly, the location was amazing also. Staff are friendly and smiley. The area is very vibrant right in your doorstep. 7-10 mins walk to Shinsaibashi station, 15 mins to Nankai Namba station. They have a water refill station, coin-operated washing machine, and breakfast is good. Not to mention the location couldn’t be better. It is a three-minute walk to Namba Station subway and the Dotonbori area is literally on your doorstep. This is the perfect stay for Osaka.
