the reception staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make dinner reservations for us. The room was very comfortable and worked well for a family of 5.

Perfect stay : very comfy rooms, option to move the door in between the corridor and bedroom to create separate space and not to wake up your partner. Amazing option with mini 24/7 food corner. Ended up using the snacks and playing board games every night as we had a bit of jet lag. Great staff

The hotel room is very spaceous comparing with other double room in Japan, very clean, great staff, great breakfast, clean facilities and the location. I felt that I stayed in a 5 star hotel in Europe.
