I liked everything! The staff was welcoming and professional. Everything was nice and clean. The free drinks at the evening were just great (sake tasting!). The location is amazing.

The room that we stayed in was spacious. The bathroom was big and has a jacuzzi. They have a kitchen and dining table. The beds are big and we love the extra room with a tent and a projector for kids to play. Breakfast was also included. It’s also next to the train/bus station.

The hotel is wonderful, the lounge includes a buffet and very cozy spaces to read and relax. There is the possibility to book a private onsen (for an extra fee). The room was clean, spacious, fully equipped and in full japanese style. We highly recommend staying here. Plus, the staff was extremely helpful and kind!
