The room was so spacious, a definite “wow” when in Japan! Front Office staff was very helpful, friendly and had good command of english, thank you very much. The hotel was walking distance to the okonomiyaki restos, etc and the station. Concierge was very friendly and upbeat, much appreciated.

I have nothing bad to say, if you are planning to stay in Hiroshima this is the place for you. located 10 minutes walk from Hiroshima train station, they give you a "welcome drink" which is really nice, the room is huge and so nicely decorated, the bed and pillows were too comfortable, the girls in the front desk are so helpful and nice
