Lovely and clean hotel and really nice and friendly staff. They were very hospitable. Me and my son enjoyed using the pool, which they allowed at any time. Breakfast was very good, nice range of hot and cold food. Great location too, we walked about 5 minutes to a bus stop where you can catch a bus for 4 dirhams into jma el fna.

Excellent customer service, the front desk staff, Ms Manal is very helpful in providing information to assist us in exploring Marrakech and arranging taxi for us. The suite is spacious and comfy, thank you for the upgrade. The hotel is near the train station and there are many restaurants nearby.

    Location was perfect right in front of main market - almost all historic places are within walking distance. Muhammad was good, he goes up and down to resolve your issus. Breakfast was standard but worth the price. Taxi typically charge €10 from Marrakesh train station to this place.
