The hotel is in a great location, perfect for arriving in the Philippines after a long flight and settling in. Intramuros has most of the sights inside or in walking distance outside the wall. The staff is very courteous and attentive! The view to the Wall and Golf Place is worth it. Everything was clean and no problems with functionality. Thank you for the pleasant time and look forward to another visit.

The staff were all polite and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean. They even have an orchestra that plays Christmas songs, which makes you really feel at home, especially for the balikbayans. They will make you feel comfortable. They even tour us inside Mc Arthur Suite, which was really interesting 👍

Deluxe rooms we stayed at were exceptionally clean and spacious. No view from our room but we enjoyed the stay a lot and is not a big deal since we usually go out during the day. From check-in to luggage assistance after check-out, all staff were accommodating and tended to our needs and requests. The food service especially during breakfast was exceptional. I loved the food during breakfast. Other amenities like the gym was complete, the pool was a bit cold but nontheless, have enjoyed swimming. The bar was also great. It has a relaxed vibes although the drinks and food were pricey (200-500) the concotions especially the signature cocktails were strong and excellent.

To start, the staff responded to my messages quickly, that's a big thumbs up from me since I was a little worried cause I was booking the rooms for my parents in the Philippines while I'm in Canada using my credit card. I am also grateful that my special request upon booking was granted. The hotel is just a short walk to Saint Lukes extension clinic where my parents needed to do the medical exam for Canadian visa (the reason I pick this hotel in the fist place) and the sumptuous breakfast that my family enjoyed was the cherry on top.

    Disappointed. It’s not the same as before.

    Disappointed. It’s not the same as before. They were not able to preserve the old Binondo. Mostly are corporate buildings now. Nothing special except for the church. All authentic and best Chinese restaurants are all gone.

    We always enjoy staying here when we are in Manila. The location is perfect - easy access to Malate, Binondo and the many casino’s! The staff really make this place - special mention to Nikki and Neale on the front desk. Like last year they were exceptional. I availed the laundry service from the hotel this time (I did not know it was available last year) and it was excellent. Very reasonably priced, efficient and they did a great job.
