We were travelling as a family. The hotel is very cozy and very close to Krakow Old City. The staff was very kind, polite and helpful, they even left a champagne in the room for New Year's Eve. The room was clean and warm. We had breakfast at the hotel only once, but it was very nice.

Excellent hotel with super friendly staff who did everything they could to make our stay perfect! Breakfast was superb, beds very very comfortable, showers and free sauna very good, towels and bathrobe supersoft, very clean everywhere, and the balcony had an amazing view on the castle and the river was just soooo nice!

The hotel itself is lovely, with a great location and very clean, well-maintained rooms. But what I liked the most was the staff—they were incredibly polite, attentive, and always eager to help. They responded quickly to any request or issue, doing their best to make sure everything went smoothly.
