Apart from the hotel being nice, with a very pleasant and moderate cool temperature providing a relief from the blistering heat outside in the July heatwave, I would say that the staff and their service is outstanding. We had a bit of a health issue and we were so professionally assisted by Mirella who we after learnt was on her first day of work and was in training! Ramona kindly offered us to be served breakfast in our room. I didn’t get the names of the others who also assisted, but they were all very supportive of the situation. Besides the breakfast had a varied selection of fresh food also providing a gluten free station.

It's a list) First of all communication and the onboarding. Everything was comfortable and understood. As we arrived at night, we could check in by ourselves without any problems. Also we could keep our luggage in safe all the day and even wait in lobby till our bus (at 2am). The owner is very polite and guest oriented. Thanks for all! We really appreciate!
