Everything was amazing during our stay. Staff was great, the rooftop pool is very nice, overall the hotel has a nice vibe and is very quiet (apart from the cicadas). Rooms are big and the beds very comfy. The food at Saneha restaurant was the best that we had in Karon, the cocktails as well, breakfast also delicious.

Great place for entertainment for the whole family.

Great place for entertainment for the whole family. Beautiful shops and displays, also smaller vendors. International food alternatives and food courts also. Many different levels of shops and all reasonably priced. Certainly worth the visit.

To me personally Jungceylon Mall has lost its sparkle.

To me personally Jungceylon Mall has lost its sparkle. Gone are the informal sellers in the basement area and other 100 baht. They painted the land mark original jung boat by the fountains white!!! Why oh why??? It now looks cheap. A lot of shops closed down obviously due to the effects of the covid restrictions. That "feeling" in Jungceylon is gone. It is just another mall with absolutely no "wow" factor anymore

Just spent Christmas & New year in Phuket, always visit the Irish Times , Australian Steak Restaurant, good be Italian, even has a cinema, unfortunately due to COVID it’s closed , hopefully open some time during 2022
