Hotel position is in the center of a crowded capital city, so it is quite easy to go anywhere. The staff is genuinely nice, they serve hot tea with cinnamon flavor while waiting for the room and I love that. Facilities are all new & sophisticated. Breakfast buffet was beyond my expectation, they serve a lot of good local food, and you can have breakfast while viewing the whole city from the 13th floor. Don't forget to check out the top bar. It's suitable for chilling at night with friendly staff and good drinks. Pity that I didn't have a chance to try the spa.

The staff was extremely warm and helpful. The location is great, right in the old town next to restaurants and cafes. They helped me get a taxi to the airport at 6am in the morning. My room didn't have a window but it was quite big and the bed was comfortable so having no window wasn't a problem

The staff was the greatest, they were very helpful and did their best to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. We forgot our itag at the hotel and Grace went beyond her responsabilities for us to retrieve it. The room was clean with AC built-in wall and the breakfast at the "sister" hotel across the street is varied and delicious. You also can leave luggages with them in case you have late leaving from the city.

Thank you for a wonderful stay during my birthday celebration in September 2023. You exceeded my expectations. Everything was wonderful, from the attention of your manager Ms. Mai who, before our arrival at her hotel, provided us with all her service and attention, including arranging transportation to and from the airport to the tours taken. Thank you for everything and if we return to Hanoi, we would definitely stay with you. A hug from Puerto Rico!

The property is in a perfect location steps from the lake and old quarter but in a quieter part. What really sets the hotel apart is the staff (thank you Anna!) who really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and answer all your questions.

This is an elegant building to see in passing but not worth making a special journey to unless you intend watching a performance there. There are equally elegant if smaller buildings especially in the French Quarter to see of all ages and degrees of shabbiness. Remember when walking around the old quarter of Hanoi to look up as you are avoiding getting run over, to see the real Hanoi above the street level and marvel at the styles, building hot-potch and evidence of former if unregulated buildings and wonder how they manage to stay up.
