We enjoyed our stay here, the location is really good, walking distance to the major attractions. Breakfast was really good, with both local and international dishes, plenty of options. The room was quiet, although the hotel is on a busy street. All staff was very kind and helpful, and especially the reception staff, Jenny, Charles, Leo and Liam. They helped us with our luggage, booking taxi, calling tour agencies. I totally recommend this hotel :)

Cozy boutique hotel. Good location - walking distance to convenience store, restaurants, cafe and the old quarter. Staff are friendly, warm nice and dedicated, and those at the front desk speak good English. They have very comfortable bed and pillows. We slept so well for all 5 nights.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. It was our first stop after arriving from Ireland and we couldn’t have been happier. The staff were excellent and the hotel was beautiful. Everyone was so kind and accommodating to all our needs. The food was delicious and the cocktails on the rooftop bar had us coming back for more. If I was in Vietnam for longer, I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat.
