Had a fantastic stay at Lotte Hotel Hanoi. Everything, from the service, location, room, to the indoor pool exceeded my expectations. The Pharaoh’s Bar & Upper looks much better than in photos. Every staff member I met was genuinely kind, professional, and attentive. especially Ms. Phung Nguyen, who assisted with the airport transfer. One highlight I’d highly recommend is using the hotel’s airport transfer service. I was running late for my flight, and they had someone waiting for me at the airport who helped me skip the queue with priority check-in. Extremely efficient and thoughtful! Also, don’t miss the mango bingsu at the hotel’s restaurant. I’ll definitely stay here again every time I visit Hanoi. Highly recommend !

The entire hotel staff was exceptionally polite and professional, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Our room was fantastic—elegantly designed, spacious, and with a classy feel that added to the overall comfort. The hotel’s location is another major plus. It’s situated in a great spot in the city, close to many must-visit places, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Location is great, close to old quarter but far away for a quieter stay. Room was great with a classic design and cool amenities. Brekfast is top notch. They have a lovely sky bar with amazing city views. We spend new year's eve hare and they had a cute countdown celebration with complementary wine. Watching the fireworks from the skybar was an unforgettable experience. Staff is super friendly. We loved our stay here.

Excellent staff with great atmosphere. They were just like friends to you. Very helpful. Whatever you wish, they make it come true. Help you to navigate through the city. Location is also very good. Easy 15 minute walk to all the must-visit places. The proportion of price to quality is very pleasant! Would 1000% recommend to stop there!
