Staff were delightful! So accommodating and thoughtful. When we would swim in the pool, Viet brought over ice cold lemon tea for us to enjoy. Things like this made our stay so relaxing. Rooms are very clean and it is always nice and cool in the rooms! Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. A very central location yet quiet and peaceful during the day and at night. Only a very short walk to everything. You NEED to stay at Hoi An Heart Lodge!!

My boyfriend and I have just stayed at Hoi An Heart Lodge for 3 nights. It is in a perfect location, the owners are absolutely lovely and the room was very clean and comfortable. I would 100% recommend this hotel!

Fabulous stay here at Hoi An Heart Lodge, many thanks to Matt & Viet and their beautiful families, made us very welcome and very helpful with advice & tips about where to go. Great breakfast each morning, Room was fabulous especially enjoyed having a balcony to enjoy the evening sitting having a nightcap before bed. We visited their restaurant by the river a couple of times and enjoyed excellent food there I would definitely recommend eating there. We were so pleased to find this little Gem of a place Thank you

That are super kind and extremely warmly in taking care of alla the needs and requests. Room is super spacious compared to the price and the bathroom very well equipped. We had also a terrace with a space to clean our small stuffs. Lodge’s services are really amazing and the owner is extremely kind and 24 at disposal of his guests. We also rented a very new scooter for a ridiculous price. Our 100% recommendations in HOI AN

Well managed, calm house. The owner is very relaxed and hospitable. The room is very clean and the wood panelling on the walls gives it a cosy lodge feeling. Aircon, wifi, hot water all good. The location is great because you really don't want to be in the Ancient Town where it's overcrowded. This area is more local and you can walk to the old town in 15 minutes, but also to the rice fields in the opposite direction.

Our stay at the Hoi An Heart Lodge was excellent. The staff were really friendly and helpful, including always offering us fresh juice, and provided food recommendations as well as a tailor where we would get a 10% discount. The room was very comfortable and clean and very well equipped. Location is perfect, only a 5-10 min walk from the Ancient Town and everything you might need. I cannot recommend this accommodation enough!

The hosts of the heart lodge were the most charismatic and nice people we have met on the trip in Vietnam. The gave us a delicious breakfast and even helped us with various tasks (taxi calling, directions, vegetarian food options, etc) We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The lodge had nice, comfortable rooms with all expected modern features. The day bed overlooking the pool was a tasteful touch . The complimentary shuttle service to the centre of Hoi An was useful and reception were more than happy to book transfers and other tours. A special thanks to the friendly and caring reception staff who assisted my injured partner by providing a wheel chair and crutches.

Everything exceeded our expectation - especially the super nice, warm-hearted staff! Also the room and the breakfast were the best on our trip in Vietnam. The bed was very big and comfortable, the room perfect in size and amenities. The hotel is located centrally but perfectly quiet in a side street. Can highly recommend staying at the heart lodge! :)
