Arenal Amor is an incredible piece of paradise! The serene atmosphere and stunning views make this place unforgettable, but what truly made our stay magical was the top-notch spa and service from the staff. We had the best massage of our lives—it was pure perfection. The therapists were incredibly skilled, and the tranquil open-air setting elevated the entire experience. To top it off, we were treated to the enchanting sight of monkeys playing in the trees during our massage! It felt like something out of a dream. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and fresh. Nothing quite like starting your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee while toucans flutter through the trees. Special thanks to Jogebeth, whose warmth and impeccable service made our stay even more special. From her attention to detail to her genuine care for our comfort, she went above and beyond. The property and its surroundings are amazing. It was truly a great experience for - standalone bungalows give you so much privacy. The nature around it can be observed from the balcony - this was so enjoyable during our morning coffee time. The hotel staff was also so helpful and got us through one transport emergency.

The hotel is incredible, a great way to thrown yourself and enjoy being in a rainforest with loads of bird life. We found the staff accommodating and helpful whenever we asked for anything. And even when it rains, enjoying the river slide, the hot pools and the bars and restaurants immersed make it worthwhile
