Such an awesome stay. The staff is incredibly helpful, always smiling and overall just super nice, recommending places to see in Seminyak and accommodating to the max. The help desk at the reception is equally friendly and efficient. The pool is great, not too big nor too small, with a light background music that's not too loud so you can actually enjoy reading a book or so. The room we booked had a great view on the pool and the hotel, clean and the bed was comfortable. Would recommend it to couples and families.

Food is delicious and various, especially the sweets. Hotel is very well placed, near restaurants and other shops. Everything is clean and taken good care of. The staff is very friendly and attentive to anything you need.
