Ritvik the manager was exceptionally rude and impolite, we have always stayed in Marriott property whether it's a domestic or international travel. I would always give it a 9/10. After this particular experience with Ritvik we would atleast never opt for Marriott in Chandigarh.

Breakfast was good .SueChef Amit Nayak and his team are doing an excellent job
All the staff were courteous and willing to help,
I came from UK to visit the city where I grew up
Did my schooling was on a reminiscence trip
It was made more memorable by my comfortable stay in Marriott

nothing as such. typical Marriott though it lacked the opulence of. JW. Had more of a Courtyard feeling
