Great location, very nice and helpful staff. Hotel was beautiful, well accommodated. Lovely breakfast. We arrived by car, receptionist helped us with registration of parking (blue lines as confirmed also before our arrival). Town is small but beautiful, great for 2 days trip.

Hotel Baldinini was much more than we expected. Personel was very friendly and helpful, room was amazing ( we had double delux with sea view) -absolutely amazing view. We spent only couple of nights there ( far too less) but room cleaning was beyond the expectation. Free parking and great breakfast adds only positives to our stay. Great drinks and restaurant. We have been in few hotels in Italy but this one is on the top of the list. Definitely will come back.

This property is very close to almost all the Byzantine mosaics that are registered on UNESCo’s World Heritage List. Anything you are visiting Ravenna to see is within a 10-15 minute walk. Our suite was spacious and beautifully appointed and had every facility you are likely to need for a short stay. The breakfast included with our room was very generous. The communication, hospitality and information supplied by the host Yulia, was Excellent!! Would not hesitate to recommend

Excellent hotel near the sea. Large convenient parking on site. The hotel has everything you need. The hotel owner, Filipo, personally greets all guests. If you need help or are missing something, Filipo will solve everything. This is one of the few hotels that is open throughout September.

The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful before we even arrived. They went above and beyond our expectations. Our thanks to all the staff, front of house and behind the scenes. All contributed to our wonderful and relaxing stay. We will be back.

The Hotel is run by a very nice people, who are willing to help with all questions. Rooms are quite big and cosy with a nice balconies and big bathroom. Location is very good, very close to both Milano-Marittima city center and beaches. BTTW this is one of the very few hotels, which provides free baby cot.

Nice room with kitchen utilities meets all your needs. Clean, nicely furnished, you have the feeling somebody paid attention to all the details. It definitly contributed to a nice holiday. I highly recommed it to everybody.

The location is perfect, the nearest beach is around 200 meters away from the entrance. For parking, the staff registered our car, so it was parked on the street a few blocks away, but we didn't have to pay for it.

The location for bird watching the Delta del Po was excellent. Plenty of trails to wander.
