Featuring a restaurant, the property also has free bikes, as well as an indoor pool and a fitness centre. Private parking is available on site. We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and while our experience was overall very positive, we wanted to share some detailed feedback to help recognize the key contributors to your property’s success and suggest areas for improvement. First and foremost, our dining experiences were absolutely exceptional. From breakfast to lunch and dinner at their private Teppanyaki room, every meal was a masterpiece, complemented by attentive and genuinely warm service. The restaurant staff set a gold standard, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. Their professionalism and friendliness truly stood out, and we cannot praise them highly enough. Additionally, the bell service team, especially the three gentlemen from Nepal, were nothing short of outstanding. They exemplify what it means to deliver world-class hospitality. Their kindness, efficiency, and readiness to assist made us feel genuinely cared for. In fact, their impeccable service often compensated for areas where the front office fell short. Several fellow guests we spoke to while waiting for the shuttle bus also shared similar high praise for these individuals. They are truly the business card of this hotel and embody the very best of the JW Marriott brand.

A really nice hotel in a great location, next to Nara park. The room was small but really well distributed and the design made it feel more spacious. The shower/bath was really good. Very quiet at night. It was a short stay but I would come here again.
We were not advised until we registered that the breakfast buffet was not available, the hôtel was under renovation and the room for 3 people was for parents with a child but not an adult.
