First and foremost, our dining experiences were absolutely exceptional. From breakfast to lunch and dinner at their private Teppanyaki room, every meal was a masterpiece, complemented by attentive and genuinely warm service. The restaurant staff set a gold standard, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. Their professionalism and friendliness truly stood out, and we cannot praise them highly enough. Additionally, the bell service team, especially the three gentlemen from Nepal, were nothing short of outstanding. They exemplify what it means to deliver world-class hospitality. Their kindness, efficiency, and readiness to assist made us feel genuinely cared for. In fact, their impeccable service often compensated for areas where the front office fell short. Several fellow guests we spoke to while waiting for the shuttle bus also shared similar high praise for these individuals.
