What a great place to spend our leisure time with my loved ones. The staffs were accomodating, the hotel vibes was top notch, the comfortability of the room, the cleanliness, the facilities, the beach are all perfect! The breakfast selection was superb and super delicious too! Will definitely come again The Westin ;)

Its a good location with lots of shops outside and easily accessible to the beach, waterpark, and other resorts via the hotel's shuttle bus service. The staff are very professional and helpful. Buffet deals are also affordable. We will return to Four Points by Sheraton Desaru next time.

Easy to register and collect keys

Great resort, good location - not on the beach though however on demand buggy service is available to Westin where Hard Rock hotel guest can also use the beach. Great and friendly staff, they were always willing to help and made our stay memorable. Clay, did the Memorabilia tour for us and showed us some of the "rock-star memorabilia" located at various sections of the hotel - a must do tour that happens twice daily. Clay was exceptional as was the rest of the hotel crew, not all of whose name i recall.

We had to register for a room even though payment was made

the only few hotels that can accommodate 3 people. the room is very clean and spacious and it is located just above Paradigm Mall. however there's no other cafes nearby, nearest is around 15mins drive to Sutera mall area.

Comfortable and relax environment. My wife enjoy the vibe and having a deep sleep at night. And thank for delay 30 mins for check out as my wife can't wakeup at morning. Service is good, owner given clear instruction before check-in which made the parking register an d check in fast and smooth, plus fast respond from the owner.

Very good for short escape.. pool big enough.. security guard really helpful Parking lot is 1 per unit, if bring another car need to register first at guard as visitor

Thank you so much for the great experience, The Westin. Everything was great, attentive and accommodating staff, beautiful scenery, comfy and spacious room, clean environment, and breakfast spread was delish. We came here for our anniversary visit and to my surprise, the team was generous enough to spoil us with complimentary cake and small decorations on our second day stay. My husband and I enjoyed our moments here and we will surely come back again soon!
