Setsu Niseko offers 5-star accommodation with a sauna, hot tub and hot spring bath. Ski equipment hire, bike hire and car hire are available at the accommodation and the area is popular for skiing and cycling. Everything was great. Staffs were helpful and very kind. Breakfast was great selection of foods. Ones was good both public and private. Toyota Rent-Car was just across from the hotel. Bus stop was just few minutes away from the hotel if you need to go Kutchan.

The property is very modern and relatively new. However, I was impressed by the level of thought that went into every facet of our stay, from the room's views to the design touches, furnishings, and standard amenities. The food in general was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was especially exceptional. There was a variety of Japanese, Chinese, and Continental/American style items, but the quality of the local Hokkaido produce and ingredients put it over the top. We ate at two restaurants, an Italian and Japanese grill, as well as the Lobby dining area. All three were fantastic. Their pool and Onsen were modern, spotless, and had plenty of towels (a pet peeve). The service was remarkable as well. Any issues we encountered were dealt with immediately and without any pushback.

Renting snow gear is easy and staff is super friendly. One of the best places I have stayed at ever, period.

JR Niseko Train Station is located a 10-minute taxi ride away. Traditional Japanese stay was an amazing experience. Must experience this on your trip to Japan! It’s an incredibly short walk to Anapuri (basically like walking thru a parking lot) or you can take a shuttle bus.

It’s a 10-minute drive from Niseko Annupuri Ski Resort. The cleanliness, great staff performance, most of them speak English fluently and in great willing to support our stay. Food is great both at dinner and breakfast. Our impressed story is that When I moved to next hotel in Sapporo next day, I realized I forgot some of my clothes at the hotel. I message the the hotel : they managed quickly to arrange for deliver those to my new hotel and even phone contact to our hotel for the arrangement. I am very impressed in their hospitality and professional , I have already received the cloths 2 days later. Recommended this onsen !

Comfortable rooms come with free WiFi, and a free shuttle connects to ski resort Niseko Mountain Grand Hirafu a 2-minute drive away. It is a superb hotel. Everything was just immaculate. The proximity to the slope, beautiful extra clean and comfortable rooms with gigantic beds, great onsen, ski concierge, very friendly and helpful staff... I hope to be back.

Located in Kutchan, 4 km from Hirafu Station, Niseko Kyo provides accommodation with ski-to-door access, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and a lift, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Guests also enjoy access to the hot spring bath and hot tub, as well as the fitness room and public bath. We loved the ski in/ski out aspect of it but didn't like the steep hill on the other side walking back from restaurants (can't be helped). The car service that was provided by the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Everything in the rooms were exceptional including the private onsen we had in our balcony overlooking the slopes. We even utilized the onsen in our master bath. Closets were good but wish we had some sort of drawers to put clothes in. Kitchen had great appliances plus all the dishes/cups/utensils we needed. It was key to have the laundry in the room.
