This was our fourth trip to Japan and we've stayed in many ryokans. This is one of our favorites. The space we stayed at was huge. It was a two-story stand alone building. The seats looked out onto the courtyard with a pond and a lot of trees, which was very peaceful. I'm usually not the type to stay in my hotel/ryokan all day, but this place tempted me to do so due to the serenity of the courtyard. There were two private onsen that were easy to access due to the small number of guests that stay here. The food was fabulous. While walking around one morning I found a hiking trail that led up to castle ruins. The next morning I hiked up to the ruins and down the other side and came out near the Moss Land.

We chose to stay here to have our last night in Japan to be in the most extraordinary setting and to have access to the Adachi Museum. The room was stunningly beautiful, comfortable and we loved the private onsen. The amenities provided were great too. All of our meals, dinner and breakfast, were a delight to the taste buds as well as visually pleasing.

Dormy Inn Izumo es un alojamiento de 3 estrellas situado en Izumo, a 6 km de Masakigaoka Park y a 6,1 km de Hamayama Park. Se ofrece parking privado por un suplemento. It was close to Izumo station. The onsen spa area was wonderful. Extra amenities such as popsicles, yogurt and ramen and free washing machine made our trip easy and convenient. The rooms were spacious and also included pajamas and various toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to store luggage before or after checkout!

Matsue New Urban Hotel se encuentra en Matsue, a 17 min a pie de Museo Conmemorativo Lafcadio Hearn, y ofrece alojamiento con terraza, parking privado, restaurante y bar. Habitaciones muy cómodas y amplias. Vistas espectaculares y desayuno muy bueno Baño público impecable

Yutorelo Tsuwano está en Tsuwano, a 19 min a pie de Santuario Taikodani Inari, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y terraza. Fantastic hotel in a lovely little town. Both the hotel, and Tsuwano itself, exceeded all expectations. I travel around slightly-off-the-beaten-track spots like this in Japan a lot and try to find charming little ryokans or minshukus that are value for money. Don't think I've ever found a better one than this. From the entrance it is clear you're entering a place that's punching above its weight. It looks much nicer than you'd expect for the price. Turned up early and the friendly staff were more than happy to let me check in early and make use of the facilities which include a very nice little rooftop bath (rotenburo) and - remarkably - free drinks, including whiskey and shochu, in the little area on the ground floor from 5pm. The hotel place was spotless (it looks very new) and the Japanese-style breakfast was very nice indeed. I'l definitely visit Tsuwano again one day, and I'll definitely stay here.

The place was beautiful and the facilities were spotless and just what you need. I highly recommend this place if you just want a mini retreat :)
