The staff and the owner herself of a place were amicable, responsive and lovely at all! The hotel was freshly furnitured with all commodities. Breakfast was modest but full of local-made products - fresh baked bread from neighbouring bakery and dairy products from local farmer.

Great place in a quiet town just outside of Lucerne (about 5 minutes by car/train). There are also some good restaurants near by, and free parking at the B&B- so the location is really fantastic. Silvia is very kind and warm and she makes you feel welcomed. Overall a very good experience.

Location-right opposite the lake with excellent views of the lake from our bed room window .Theatre room so we could connect to Netflix if we wanted .Supply of wines beers and snacks if we wanted -Hostess was really friendly and was more than happy to see to out every need .Couldn’t have asked for more .And it’s right opposite the station.

I recently stayed at Aparthotel Luzern that had an unconventional setup without a traditional reception area. At first, I was skeptical about the absence of a reception, but my concerns were quickly put to rest. We stayed for two nights and got to climbed the peaks and see alps in the distance which was breathtaking! The half board option is really ideal for us and helped us to secure nice table and food choice. They also provide us free cable or cogwheels tickets for the 2nd day that allowed us to decent to Kriens and Lucerne. We would highly recommended this place to stay for at least two nights if you love mountains and nature. The staffs are thoughtful and friendly.

    Very clean and modern room. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The zone is in the middle of the village and the village is quite quiet. The hotel has lots of free parking spots. The hotel also has a restaurant, we ate there and the food was delicious.
