Location is very convenient; next to the train station and food stores! Place was clean and felt very homey and owner explained all the details very well. Owner was friendly and had open communication with us on any queries we had as well as providing an itinerary for the city.

Excellent hotel in all respects. Consistently a 9/10 on all categories and above the expectations I had. Excellent staff and a good breakfast option. Beautiful area. This is IHG new brand Hotel , just opening on last year. It's the tallest building around in that area with amazing city view or river view from room. I really like this hotel's design, it really shows the unique design of even style . The staff is super friendly and has been very helpful for guests who first time visit Suzhou.Hotel to connected Metro Line3&Line5, nice on site cafe, gym, and breakfast was excellent,Great for a transit overnight stay.
