Everything. The hotel is run by a very lovely and welcoming family who gave me lots of tips and recommendations and even helped me book my bus to my next destination. Amazing location close to the town and many wonderful hikes. The hotel has a view of the sunset and the sunrise. Rooms are very clean and get cleaned everyday. Showers with hot water. Very quiet for a good night sleep. Wifi is fast. I was even offered coffee in the morning with no extra charge. This hotel definitely made my stay in San Agustin perfect and I’ll definitely book it again, if I go back to San Agustin. Muchas gracias por todo..

We had a great stay at Masaya. We loved the open common area where our kids enjoyed playing billiards, ping pong, and with the big blocks. We enjoyed the food very much and loved the included breakfast choices. Our hut was comfortable and quiet for a good night's sleep. We read some other comments before booking so were worried about noise, and the walk to the main hut, but we have no complaints. It was a unique and wonderful experience. There were paths to the view point and around the grounds that our kids loved to explore. When you visit the archeological parks, ask reception for Oscar or Santiago to drive you all around the area for a reasonable price.

Really excellent stay, great value for money. - The place is lovely, quiet and peaceful, with a lush garden and a nice common area (books, games and table tennis). - Our bungalow was comfortable and spacious - Shower was hot & with good pressure - Wifi worked great. - Host was super friendly and helpful. We also had dinner and breakfast at their restaurant, good selection, decent prices and the food was really tasty.

The manager was just fantastic. He couldn't have been more helpful! It was election day, so the buses were not so easy to book/find. Thank you! The hostel: The place was immaculate and cosy. Huaka-yo is set in pristine jungle scenery, so quiet and restful, a real chance to relax and rejuvenate. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and happy. I was woken to the sound of bird song and saw many different species. My en suite room was spacious with everything I needed. 250m from San Agustin Archaeological Park. The park is absolutely amazing with the most wonderful statues & tombs. An absolute must for anyone in this area.
