We stayed at Airport Green Studio for our last night in Costa Rica. It was the perfect location since we could safely park the car, fill it up on the gas station right next to the Studio and return it to the nearly located rent company. The Hosting family is exceptionally nice! The breakfast is probably the best, we had on our whole journey! We would definitely come again.

The 2-way airport transfer is a big convenience! Communication with host was easy and always got quick responses. Room was very clean and well equipped with fridge, coffee maker, modern toilet & strong shower,. There is a family run restaurant that serves local food just directly infront of this homestay. A good place to stay near the SJO airport.

The staff is super friendly! Kevin attended all my requests and helped me. The apartment had a very good size and it was very clean. I was worried about mosquitos but there were none. It was really comfortable. It’s close to the airport, you just need to get one of the red taxis at the airport and it will be $5-8 only.

Close to the airport and a mall this nice and cozy apartment is perfect to begin the journey, either for a single traveler as me or a family. Easy to reach, in a very QUITE area, a variety of chilling areas in the huge living room, very clean, sockets every where, comfortable bed, and, last but not least, super positive vibe from the host with an excellent customer service and attention to details. What else can you wish for? Sure I'll go there again. It was a pleasure to stay. VERY RECOMMENDED

Just coming back to give another review following our second stay at Casa Cafetal following our arrival at SJO and having stayed for two further nights at the end of our trip in Costa Rica. Everything was perfect as before. We had a rental car on our final day and were able to easily park into the gated parking space provided. We used the washing machine/dryer to wash our clothes - maybe some basic instructions to start might help - but it was quite straightforward after working out how to use it. All the cooking facilities were great and it's very convenient to get some groceries at Fresh Market over the road from the house. Once again, the host Manuel was excellent. Make sure to ask him for some tips on local customs, driving and places to visit before your trip as it is so helpful!

    We stayed the night we landed, so the location is great for this. We picked up our hire car and drove - simple drive along the highway basically. Secure parking there too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Offered a SIM card before arriving and can arrange free airport transfer. There are nice views too even though so close to airport and centre of town.

    The place was in an ideal location for us, just around the corner from Adobe car rental and our morning shuttle bus to the airport. Good communication from the owner who provided us with clear, precise instructions about how to access the property. Secure parking in front of to the property. Good value for money.

    It was very local to the airport so a great stopover after a long flight from the UK. had coffee maker by no kettle. however could heat water in the microwave for a cup of tea in the morning. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfy. Everything was clean. Parking space for our hire car. Restaurant opposite very nice. Would stay again.
