We had a good stay. The place was nice and clean, everything look new. The kitchen was well equipped. The owner was friendly (through whatsapp, we never really met them). All communication from keys to payment happened smoothly through whatsapp.

This is our 4th time in Costa Rica and this is the best hotel we ever stayed at. It is a beautiful, modern, spotless hotel walking distance to the beach. You can't beat the location. The pool is half-olympic size, amazing! The rooms are huge, with comfy beds. the bathroom is the biggest (and cleanest:) I have found in Costa Rica. The modern kitchen really helps when you dont feel like going out. We will definitely be back next year .

The owners are friendly and accommodating. They gave me great recommendations for places to visit. The property is gated and feels very safe, and provides a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of the town. My room was very clean and comfortable. The room had a refrigerator, the shared kitchen had the equipment for making simple meals or reheating leftovers.

I visited BoHo Tamarindo with my parents in early December. We had adjacent rooms, settled in a quiet corner of the grounds facing the forest and hammocks. Johanna was an excellent host and was very friendly and responsive via whatsapp for any additional needs and questions later in the day. BoHo is in the PERFECT location in Tamarindo on the quieter and more scenic end of the beach closer to Playa Langosta. It is an easy walk anywhere to town but just the right distance from any craziness. It was the perfect place to relax in between activities and they were kindly able to make slight modifications to breakfast to accommodate my mom's "picky" appetite. Keep an eye out for the family of howler monkeys who live in the neighboring forest! We would also recommend booking a massage through the hosts, which my mom reviews as the best of her life. Another bonus was the resident dog, Iron, and cat (she might ask to come in your room!) If we return to Tamarindo we would not hesitate to stay here again!

This place as absolutely amazing if you like comfort and peace We were 4 kilometers from tamiando and had a beautiful room with outside hammocks and an infinity pool Breakfast was great homemade crepes and yogurt with fresh fruit coffee and juice Amazing host and great place definitely 125 percent recommend staying here

Very nice and quiet little place - beautiful rooms and pool. Lovely owners, who were there the whole time taking care of the place and of us. We came without a car, and they gave us lifts to the beach, the supermarket and even to the new hotel, when we after some very relaxing days moved on. Amazing.

First things first; the staff here are friendly, welcoming and always ready to assist - with a smile! They truly made me feel so welcome and they are all small rays of sunshine to brighten your day!! My room had everything I needed with a nice patio overlooking the pool - perfect for catching up on work. Internet was fast and had no issues the whole time I was there and breakfast is delicious and made at your leisure. The bed is comfy and the small beach area next to the pool is great for an afternoon snooze.

I loved TamaHostel! I visited several hostels in Central America in the last months, and this was by far my favorite. The beds are comfortable and the dorm rooms have AC, the pool and hammocks amazing, the kitchen and bathrooms are practical and cleaned continuously, and the staff were super friendly and helpful! They can organise surf classes if you want :)

Next to the fact that the location is simply wonderful, filled with lush greenery and birds, an oasis of tranquility, Joe and Isa, the hosts, are warm people and truly care for their guests. They immediately make you feel at home upon arrival. The location is spot clean, all details in place. The hosts cater to all your needs, you really feel treated like a queen and king. Joe and Isa have a background in the food industry, which you can see in the breakfast. Tasteful, seasoned, fresh and original platters, prepared with love. Would 100% recommend to couples looking for a relaxing atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of touristy Tamarindo.

    This place is HEAVEN! We loved our stay here and could have stayed longer! It's remote and so quiet. Just what we wanted after all the exploring we had done! The lodges are beautiful and the pool area is amazing. They serve the best breakfast and lunch. There is a kitchen which you can use if you wanted to make yourself something for dinner. You're not far from a shop and restaurants or the main town! They have safe a free parking too. The owners are so lovely and helpful! You have to stay here, it's amazing!

    The resort is located on the beach Which was nice, but it’s also right next-door to a public parking lot that’s noisy and constantly has traffic in and out which diminished the purpose of a relaxing vacation.

    Love the property, excellent location. Just across the street from the beach, 5 minutes walk from downtown so close to enjoy and far from the noise. Parking lot is big and secure. Breakfast is served downstairs in Pandeli, not only delicious but the service is outstanding. 2 bedrooms, perfect for a small family or 2 friends that wants privacy. Apartment has everything you need, fully equipped kitchenette and laundry facilities. Simple love it!

    We loved the exceptional staff, pool, immaculate grounds, and convenience of the location- close to shops, all the must-experience restaurants, Saturday Market, and short walk to the beach. The set up of the hotel was impressive: secure parking, easy access reception area, rooms set around a lovely pool, cute seating area, and shaded breakfast tables. Our room was well appointed with lots of towels, A/C, a fridge and a safe. Beds and bedding were comfortable. The included breakfasts and service were fantastic! (Thanks Laura!)
