We loved this place! Its location by Päijänne was stunning. The rooms, sauna, bath robes, breakfast - literally all of it! - was to our taste and excellent quality. The staff were exceptionally helpful and quick to suggest ideas that we hadn't thought of - like the walk to Päijätsalo (national park )and its observation tower.

Featuring a sauna, Mökki in Kalkkinen is set in Lahti. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property.

Amazing location in the forest, modern equipment, fireplace, large terrace, good sauna. Boats and bikes to rent for a small fee. A quiet place with enough privacy, molo to get to water from and sunbathe on.

Päivi is a very nice and helpful host. She waited for me on arrival to hand out the key. The apartment is cosy and well equipped. Päivi provided coffee, tea, hot chocolate and also fresh fruits. Next to the apartment there is a supermarket, pharmacy and a coffee shop. On request I could also use the sauna in the house next door.
