Very nice and quiet, right next to the loch with sea views. Room was very clean and recently renovated. Breakfast was great. Host was fantastic, picked me up because I had a flat tire a few miles from the place and organized the fixing.

Welcoming staff. Very friendly atmosphere. Upgraded without a problem due to a guest staying on longer in my allocated room. Excellent facilities. Warm and cozy. Relaxed with a few pints at the bar. Locals were very sociable.

We’ve been there twice and we loved it. Food is very good and the town is very beautiful and cosy! We will definitely come back again and again as we live in Edinburgh! Thanks for the hospitality and the food it was amazing!

A minute or so drive from the centre of Rothesay so everything handy but quiet location. Room was lovely overlooking the bay., everything was spotless and bathroom great. Very nice breakfast and a separate guest lounge, both with wonderful views. Staff were friendly and helpful.
