An excellent and wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable and clean, equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine. The balcony was spacious and had the most beautiful view we have ever experienced. The service was outstanding, and the staff was quick to assist guests. The surprise we found in the room was truly amazing and made my day. All the employees were very friendly and welcoming—I sincerely appreciate each one of them, including the bellboys, whose names I don’t recall, but everyone was excellent. A big thank you to the hotel for choosing such professional staff and maintaining great cleanliness. I will definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends. Highly recommended!

I have been at this hotel twice and both times the receptionists were welcoming and treated me so well. I came from the UK to do my medicine exams at NVU. So if anything I need a place that I can rest well in and be refreshed before my exams. This place is the perfect fit for that.

The hotel is located behind the Trinity Cathedral, about a 20 minute walk to town in a quiet area. The veiws from the hotel balconies are very impressive. There is not too much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, but there is a good restaurant Vakhtanguris's about 300m up the hill from the hotel which has good food and cheap wine! The staff are really friendly and when we checked in offered us a free bottle of homemade wine, which we gladly accepted! The room was large and comfortable, the bed was ok as well. Breakfast was adequate. I'd definitely stay again and highly recommend it.
