Very nice and comfortable room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Blarney Castle ist 1 minut from the hotel. Breakfast was very good, there was also live music at the bar in the evening. I highly recommend this place

It is located in a tranquil, expansive, scenic countryside estate just 5 minutes drive from the attractive, friendly village of Ballincollig. The home itself was super comfortable balancing modern conveniences with rustic charm and combining character with comfort. Tim is an amazing host. Wow what a place. Super helpful upon check-in, we had been delayed by storms in London and they made sure our process was speedy, called the restaurant we had booked ahead of our reservation to warn them we may be a little late, and sorted our taxi ahead of time. We made my wife’s birthday dinner and it was all down to Hayfields staff. Our suite was immaculate, the breakfast was delicious. We would stay nowhere else when repeat visiting Cork as we do. Thank you

Also, a special shout out to the person working at the coffee bar thing in reception who kept my boyfriend company when I was napping.     Great hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. The restaurant /pub is very comfortable and the food delicious. Especially the breakfast was outstanding with a large variety. The location I great, opposite blarney castle entry point. We can only recommend staying there. We travelled with 2 motorcycles and we're allowed to park those on the hotel parking lot in the back.

    This hotel is one of the best hotels we have been to, from the staff who greeted us, to the room we had, the room was simply the most beautiful room we have been in, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was fabulous and the location to blarney castle was only minutes away, car parking on site, the best accommodation we had on our travels

    We enjoyed our recent stay (Sep. 27-28) at Maranatha Country House. We liked the owners, entire house, facilities, grounds, room, breakfast, and service were exceptional. The owners treated us like family and were very generous with their time and hospitality. A real gem of a stay. The room was clean and spacious. The bed is very comfortable. Free parking next to the room. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Highly recommend.

    Excellent dinner in the pub! Room was comfortable and well equipped. Especially loved that we could walk outside and a few steps away was Blarney Castle...no driving! Also free parking and it was easy to find...very historic pub and one of our favorites on this trip!

    Staying above a pub worked well. The bar and restaurant were very handy. The location is outstanding for a visit to the Barney castle. Free parking on the adjacent off the street lot. Food was very good.

    Beautifully presented with attention to detail, nice boutique feel with lots of quirky statement pieces. Lovely breakfast with a good selection. The room at the front of the hotel had a great view of the castle. The beds were really comfortable. Free parking was available.

    Hosts were very friendly, we had a two bedroom, kitchen and bathroom area separate from main house, cereals, pastries, fruit, yogurts etc left for our breakfast including full bottle of orange juice and milk… coffee/tea etc… was very clean and had private outdoor space with chairs and table to enjoy .. TV’s in both rooms with cable/Netflix Large bedroom also had table and small sofa… About 15 minutes walk to village and free parking… all good, thanks for a pleasant stay x
