Lovely appointed room with extremely comfortable bed. Beautiful house in extremely quiet and peaceful location . Simon is a particularly attentive host and went way beyond the call of duty to sort out a problem with my booking. Breakfast was excellent , served to us in our room . Unfortunately we had to leave too early and couldn’t explore the beautiful wild garden and woodland . Next time hopefully. Thank you.

What a wonderful place! We loved everything: the nature, the place, the people... it's like being inside a film. Paddy and Hanna are wonderful, friendly people, two artists... Excellent breakfast with happy friendly staff .The whole experience was amazing.Spacious bedrooms and lounges which were very cosy and comfortable. Location just.at the edge of Abbeyleix was very peaceful. Reception staff very heloful too and friendly.. We will certainly return..
