We had a fantastic stay at Villa al Ponte with Giovanni and his wife and highly recommend staying with them! It is a very unique place with great hosts who go beyond to make your stay even more pleasant and memorable. When we arrived Giovanni gave us a tour around the property and offered us a free upgrade to stay in the master apartment of the villa - absolutely impressive and we very much appreciate it! Great pool, natural garden with character and lots of terracotta sculptures that make the place even more picturesque. The breakfast they prepared for us in the morning was lovely with local products and great variety. We would definitely come back again!

This accommodation is a holiday in itself. It is a beautiful building from 1700 with a beautiful large garden. The B&B has been very nicely restored and fully equipped. The owner Gianlucca is friendly and helpful. He completes the experience. From this stay you can make excellent trips to all kinds of nice towns. You drive beautiful routes. We went to Florence by train and that was a great experience. And then coming home again at La Valle. The two of us were like 50+ couples, but you can also stay here with children. They will enjoy the garden with play equipment.

This place is literally heaven on earth! Whenever I think of our family's vacation to Italy, I will first most fondly remember our time at Podere Giusti. From Manuela and Gigiulio's (spell?) warm welcome upon our arrival to the beautiful villa to the peaceful/immaculate and serene surroundings, delicious breakfast etc., every part of our stay was warm and welcoming. Manuela was so flexible our entire stay from letting us choose between open accommodations that fit our family best, to helping us plan activities and food sometimes with very little notice. She helped arrange a fantastic lunch of vegetable quiche's with the amazing on site chef's quickly, a wonderful horseback riding experience and massages with an excellent therapist for my husband and myself. I would be remiss if I didn't give a special shout out to Sabin. On our last morning we did an amazing pizza making class (which extended to many additional bonuses) and she was wonderful with our children. We all absolutely loved the class. My kids rated it as one of their top activities of the whole trip! Podere Giusti is a VERY special place and the staff has everything to do with this. Know that you are signing up for a more serene setting in a beautiful small town, Reggello, but I wouldn't change this for anything. We had a car and had a great dinner in the town (booked by Manuela of course!). To sum up, we definitely hope we can return one day! Thank you for all the memories =)

I can recommend the place with a clear conscience. We had an apartment with a kitchen on the first floor and a bathroom and bedrooms upstairs. The rooms are maintained in the old Italian style, but clean and neat. To the bathroom and kitchen you can not have major reservations either. The property itself is beautifully located, there are beautiful views all around, there are plenty of activities for older and younger guests, I did not use the pool - it was too cold. A separate point of this review will be the food. While breakfasts were not awe-inspiring, they were correct, but nevertheless not much variety and served rather sweet, dinner is something I would return there more than once. Several dishes are served, both pastas, vegetarian and meat dishes and desserts. The quantity - not to be overeaten. And the taste, well, having been to nearby pubs, nowhere did we get such delicious food. You can see that the people working there know how to cook and put their whole heart into it, which you can feel on the plate. With dinner was served red and white wine to choose from, our heart was stolen by the white wine, which we still remember and can not forget it. Hotel staff extremely friendly, helpful and cordial. In addition, to my surprise, everyone speaks English, also no problem with getting along. In good conscience I recommend and I am already dreaming of my next stay at this property.

Everything about this place is great! The hosts are very welcoming, they take utmost care about their guests and you immediately feel like at home. The surrounding is beautiful and the swimming pool is great. The cozy small city is 20 minutes walk from the Agriculture where you will find local restaurants and caffes. Great thing about this place is that you get to experience the true Italian culture.
