The location of this property is amazing! The view from our window was beautiful. A clean clean hotel with welcoming owners. Delicious breakfast and dinner. The Jeti Oguz valley is just an amazing place it was probably the highlight of our trip to Kyrgyzstan so beautiful with many options for hikes or day walks. We wished we had more time there!

We were traveling around Issyk-Kul Lake with our three young children, searching for a quiet and beautiful place to stay. When I came across Taberik, I was initially hesitant — the place had no reviews, and traveling with kids, comfort is our top priority. But the location looked so stunning that I decided to take a chance. And I’m so glad I did — Taberik exceeded all our expectations. We were warmly greeted by Meyrambek, the owner, who welcomed us with tea and cookies and shared that they had just opened for their very first season. The entire place is brand new and built with great attention to detail. The setting is breathtaking: nestled at the foot of a mountain, surrounded by untouched nature, with yurts and cozy cabins scattered across the land. The cabins have heating, hot water, and high-speed internet via Starlink, which was a pleasant surprise given the remote location. The interiors are thoughtfully designed — wooden furniture, natural materials, spotless cleanliness, and a cozy atmosphere. You can immediately feel that a lot of care, resources, and investment went into creating this place. We passed by several other guesthouses along the way, and honestly, none of them came close to Taberik. It’s truly a different level of comfort and beauty. There’s also a stunning waterfall nearby, adding to the magic of the place. This location touched my heart so deeply that I couldn’t resist writing this review — and I don’t do that often. The hosts are incredibly kind and hospitable people! We had a great time with them and their young daughters. They invited us numerous times for dinner and breakfast, which were always delicious. The guest rooms are located on the 1st floor of their beautiful house, and all share one toilet/bathroom.

Spotless and well maintained yurts, clean washrooms with very hot water, nice views and surroundings with a couple of lovely cows. The owners are a super friendly family - the son speaks good English and the parents are lovely. Great homemade breakfast and dinner, some of the best food we've eaten on the trip.

Ordo's host, which resembles Mars. His name was Mars, too. My colleague couldn't eat due to the trekking pauses and had a hard time due to dehydration. The host gave me a ride to the hospital, explained my colleague's condition directly to the doctor, and helped me recover from the fluid injection. One look at it shows ten. The best kind hotel in my life! Ordo!

It is very affordable. We had a double room with a private bathroom. Everything was very clean and comfortable. There were a hairdryer and also two towels for me and my husband. People were friendly and kind. There was a bar so that you could buy water or beer etc. You can also kitchen. There was pin-pong table which is very nice. Overall i recommend it without hesitation.

Everything was perfect! The staff is able to speak english and can help in various things. You can meet a lot of international travellers there and and discuss together your next plans in the beautiful state of Kirgizistan. Karakol is very close to the mountains and in the Hostel you can find some travelling tips. They also created some itinerary and they wrote down how to reach the most important attractions near the city. The room was very clean, and so the bathrooms. We got nothing to complain, everything was on point!
