Location is great, atmosphere is amazing. Not many guests, owner lives in the same house with his family. Very good treat. Air contitioning in the room, mosquito nets in the windows, coffe and tea always ready in the kitchen. There is some really good cafes near the Gest House, like Boorzok, and the Uluk-Ata.

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights. Apartment is totally new and beautiful. There is everything you need (kitchen equipment, great shower, comfortable beds, washing machine, TV, air conditioning). Apartment is located on 12 floor (there is an elevator in the building with a great view) near the bridge, very close to the city centre, markets, ATMs, bars,.. You can also easily find parking outside the building. Our host was very communicative (he speaks very good english), friendly and helpful. We had a great stay there and we highly recommend an apartment to anyone who come to visit Osh.

The place is really nice, staff is helpful. Breakfast is delicious and you can eat it outside in the shadow of the tree, which is perfect. The a/c is working well. If you need to, they can call you taxi, for example to the boarders with Uzbekistan.
