It was very kind gesture and lifted our spirits after a bad day. Staff was very helpful and kind, rooms were very clean and had everything you need. For the price it's an exceptional value! Highly recommend!

Set on a clifftop in the city center, Crowne Plaza Muscat features stunning panoramic city & sea views. The view from the pool at sunset is exceptional! Great atmosphere at the bar around the pool. We had a very relaxing afternoon. Breakfast was very good as well, with a lot of options available.

Anyone who knows me, knows that I never give 10/10 overall for all services. This was the FIRST TIME I have to give a perfect score to any hotel anywhere in the world. From the moment we arrived, we were pampered and treated as VVIPs. welcome drinks and valet parking. Our room had been decorated to accommodate our anniversary. The guest relations lady, Ahlam, went on my instagram, downloaded, printed and cut out photos, and arranged them with flowers on our bed. We were upgraded for free to a suite, we had complimentary cakes and fruit. We had complimentary drinks and snacks by the huge empty pool. Our dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Hell, Everything was exceptional, but the staff just made it magic.

All the rooms come with air conditioning and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. the place is simply amazing, the staff, the reception team and everything.. it was my first trip to Oman, and next time will definitely book again. great view from the room, plus the room itself is large and equipped with all you need..
