A few hours before our arrival I received a text giving me details about our room # and how to gain entry, plus other details about the place. This was great and made check-in easy and fast. The motel uses keypad locks on the doors so there are no keys to worry about forgetting to return or lose. When we arrived we realized that we needed a third sleeping platform so I texted the Manager, Sam and she responded immediately and rode her bicycle over and give us a cot to set up in our room. Sam recommended a local place in neighboring Sandpoint, ID to see some entertainment and enjoy a local brew with excellent food called Mick Duff's. It was also excellent! The room was done in a very nice Northwestern motif unique for this type of temporary lodging IMO, and was very nicely done. Everything was clean and the environmentally safe soaps were high quality and appreciated. Plenty of towels were in the room and importantly there were plenty of electrical outlets for chargers. The place was full but we could not hear other guests unless they were outside speaking loudly and all slept well, even myself who found the cot to be pretty comfortable.

I appreciate the customer service itself. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Victor needs a special mention. Since my friend and I were visiting Sandpoint for the 1st time, he left a note in our room recommending places to eat, desserts etc. great recos. If anything was needed in the room the service was quick. Also Olivia was comforting when we checked in I was sure I had made the right decision by staying in this place. The beds were comfortable & the room was spacious and view was nice. The breakfast although self service really was worth while for me personally. I could load up some snacks on my way out. In fact Victor was so accommodating, he said he will open the refrigerator for us post our check out if we needed to take a few snacks. (although we did not ask for it but this surpassed my expectations.) It was peaceful. There is laundry and a hot tub too in the hotel One doesn't need to worry about pulling the luggage as they have trollies, all we need to do is just place our luggage and take it right inside the room

Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The room exceeded my expectations, as it was both spacious and warm, with a comfortable bed and ample storage space. I appreciated the amenities provided, such as the microwave, fridge, and coffee maker, which made my stay all the more enjoyable. The fact that there was also a table for working at the computer was a huge plus for me. One of the highlights of the hotel's location was the nearby 24-hour supermarket, which made it easy to pick up anything I needed at any time of day. Additionally, the two local shuttle stops that would take me to Schweitzer were incredibly convenient and made getting around the area a breeze. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, which added to the overall positive experience. One thing worth mentioning is that my room was located right next to the front desk, which meant that the wifi connection was excellent and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would definitely consider returning in the future. The price was reasonable and the quality of the accommodations exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and affordable stay in the area.

    Location was great , walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had the jacuzzi sweet, it had free private parking right next to our door! The room was up do date and very clean. We wanted to take the bed home with us, most comfortable bed we have ever slept in in a hotel! Room was right on a street but the sound canceling walls and doors made it seem extremely quiet in the room. Breakfast was grab and go, burritos fruit pastries bagels juice tea coffee bottled water.

    Friendly and helpful staff. Very appealing and comfortable lobby and room. Nice to have covered parking. Treats- donuts, granola bars, apples, bananas and coffee for breakfast. Close to nice restaurants, Safeway, marina and lake.

    Centrally located in downtown 3 blocks of buildings. Lobby and breakfast area are in Building 1. We stayed in Building 2 that has elevator Very friendly staff Ample onsite parking Beds and pillows are comfy Spacious room There are 2 washbasins in the room, very handy. They provide breakfast to go with lots of choices, there are egg & sausage burrito or muffins, bagels, fruit bars, gummies, banana, apple, coffee, tea, bottled water, caprizone, orange juice, yoghurt.
