Everything on this trip was perfect. The staff were super friendly. The rooms were incredible and I've never slept in such a massive super king bed. The meals were really tasty and breakfast was always a morning highlight. The views were like in a movie and I highly recommend booking the bungalow suite.

Amazing hotel with mesmerising mountains view! Room was clean, stylish and cosy, all facilities were good. We liked breakfast at hotel restaurant - big choice of European and Asian food. There were two swimming pools: inside and on rooftop, that's cool, because of fast changing weather. Highly recommend to visit SPA (make reservation in advance!) - they provide wide range of services as baths and massages. Location is good too, just 5 minute walk to Sapa station. P.S. many thanks for receptionist, she allowed us to check-in 3 hours earlier free of charge. It was a salvation, because we got completely wet after Fansipan walk.

Location in the middle of the rice fields was just amazing. Clean and modern bungalow It was the best stay we had in Vietnam! Our host prepared delicious diner and we had a great conversation and learned about the Vietnamese culture with some rice alcohol :) Thank you for everything

Really nice hotel, with nice people, well placed near to the lake but without having all the noise and lights from SaPa center. The breakfast is really good and varied with a nice terrace. The owner is also really nice, our room has been upgraded, and the last day, even after the check iut, he has let us take a shower after our hiking day before we take the bus. 10/10

The hotel is so clean, beds were comfy and spacious. We booked into the spa and had a lovely experience with us being provided with a discount on our treatments. The staff were so helpful, the receptionist Mr. OK provided us with complimentary breakfast when we checked in for the following morning. Stunning view of the mountains from the rooftop bar. Location was good only a 5 minute walk from shops and restaurants and a 10/15 minute walk to the main street. Staff provided us with a handmade bag as a leaving gift upon checkout. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful hotel, you can tell immediately right from the lobby and the concierge that this hotel was something very special. The place was decorated tastefully and beautifully, the room was very clean, as well as big and spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Special mention to Mr Steve who was manager of the breakfast dining hall for his excellent service and equally excellent team ! Loved the place and will highly recommend it to everyone who comes to Sapa. Best value for money ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location is good it is near some great restaurants and attractions. You will have a nice view of the villages and the rice fields down there. The room was nice and clean, the restaurant and free breakfast was fantastic it has a lot of varieties and options must of all they care for Muslims and halal food. The staff were so nice and helpful with checking in and out they even advised us to leave the baggage in the lobby and they give you an umbrella everytime you go outside. I really enjoyed my stay there and wish that I stayed longer.

    Large comfortable and clean room, well decorated and furnished. Staff was very friendly and helpful parking our motorbike and with our luggage. The sauna was nice (although in the US we'd call that a steam shower) but it's got limited hours. Breakfast was decent and had a large spread. The price is competitive for the room type but the amenities are not great. I would stay elsewhere unless you value the sauna highly.
