The room was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a comfortable bed, fresh linens, complimentary tea, coffee, toiletries, and daily laundry service. The hotel's location was ideal—close to key attractions yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the city tour arranged by the hotel, complete with a personalized guide, Hazem, who was knowledgeable, engaging, and professional.

I happen to stay at this place by accident and found it too good to be consider again whenever I will be in Cairo. From airport pickup to all the things I did in Cairo, they really were extremely supportive. Their staff is amazing. Loved the cleanliness and view from the rooftop, their food is full of taste, a lot of variety and very economical. They offer complimentary breakfast which is really good and afternoon/sunset tea coffee with a variety of pastries and biscuits which is again complimentary. They offer a variety of tour services which are very reasonable as their guides are really good. I would highly recommend this place to all those who are coming in groups or a solo traveler like me.

The staff are all so friendly and helpful, the price is fair, the free breakfast is great, rooms are clean & quiet and there are curtains in the shared dorms which help with privacy and blocking out the light. I was hesitant to write a review cos I don't want it to be booked out next time I come back!

The Cairo hotel is superb. The quality of the bedding, the linens are the finest I have experienced as a seasoned traveller and someone well-versed in the business of linens. This is truly special as Egyptian cotton is the finest in the world, and it is nice the hotel put a focus on it. The breakfast is fantastic in the range and quality of offerings, the impeccable service provided by the staff, and, importantly the early and late hours it is open. I had room service which was top of the line in its selections and service. The facility, and rooms are gorgeous. No detail overlooked. The staff is polished, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to serve. Outstanding hotel in every respect.
