All the main attractions as well as the train station are within a 20 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, as well as a groceries store if you want to get a few things to eat in the room. The small kitchen is well appointed. I will stay there again if I am in León.

Este hotel es una maravilla -- ya llevo dos San Juanes hospedandome aqui y, esta claro que no hay mejor hotel en Soria para fiestas. Sobre todo por el lujo del spa y la ubicacion. Ademas, excelente servicio en recepcion: Andrea y los demas del equipo son fantasticos. Volveremos!

Perfect location for access to the ferry. A stunning conversion of an old school into a delightful guest house. Very friendly host and a great place to stay.

The hosts were very friendly, even though there was a language barrier, they were very helpful. Dinner at the place was great! Breakfast was good but simple (Great coffee and toast). The whole place just got renovated so it was modern and nice. Wifi didn't work but we had a good phone reception so it was fine. Great pit stop when you go to Santander.

The staff was nice and helpful. The building was newly renovated with good taste. And the rooms were clean, spacious, and with good energy. Great location only a short walk to the Alameda de Cervantes, a great place to pass on a summer day. All in all, quite pleasantly surprised by this hotel

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Ciudad de Ávila. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The hotel is modern, spotless, and very well maintained, with thoughtful touches that make you feel welcome. The room was spacious, quiet, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities you'd expect—air conditioning, a minibar, a great shower, and reliable Wi-Fi. I especially appreciated the soundproofing, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. Parking was easy and secure, and the location is ideal—close to the historic center of Ávila, yet in a quiet area with easy access to main roads. The breakfast was fresh and convenient, and I also enjoyed a great meal at the on-site restaurant.
