I’d never been to a Shangri-La property before but do travel a lot and have seen many five star hotels so I can definitely say that they were amazing here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the service level was completely on point as well as the hospitality. I’ve worked with high level hotels for years so I have good reference and would highly recommend this hotel. We were sad to leave and will miss it. I almost didn’t want to post this review to keep it a secret but the staff absolutely deserves 10 STARS 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Muscat International Airport is a 45-minute drive away. Downtown Muscat and Al Alam Palace are a 20-minute drive from the hotel. Car rental can be arranged by the 24-hour staff. Free private parking is available at Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel. The whole place was a piece of art, rooms were luxury and super clean, breakfast buffet had many options and so delicious.

The Chedi Muscat’s spa offers an extensive variety of beauty rituals based on the holistic principles of aromatherapy, Ayurveda and herbalism. Free parking is available on-site. Very beautiful and quite with sophisticated and luxurious touch. They have 3 pools and one of the longest in the Middle East. They provide ACs in bathrooms if you feel the weather is hot. The club lounge was pretty good. The service was super good and very kind and accommodating staff. Laundry service was quick and efficient.

The entire hotel was spotless and the services provided were outstanding. After spending a night at a different hotel, we rebooked Studio M again for the rest of our stay in Muscat.
