If you are considering a hotel or hostel around this budget do not hesitate to book with this one.

Diane Residences se encuentra en Mabolo, a 1,8 km de Ayala Center Cebu y a 2,6 km de SM City Cebu. El alojamiento ofrece restaurante y también tiene bar, piscina cubierta y sauna. Excelente habitación, limpia y cómoda. Logré descansar muy bien los días que estuve ahí. Los trabajadores son muy amables y tratan de ayudar siempre. Utilicé lavandería y fue económico. El restorant es bueno y el desayuno bastante completo. La piscina es baja pero está muy buena para parar el calor de la ciudad.

It is well thought out and well maintained. Clean and very organized from small details. It has all the basic amenities and very close to the airport. The owner is very responsive of any requests and communicates regularly.

El personal súper atento y amable. De vuelta a casa nos pidieron un taxi al aeropuerto y se aseguraron que el taxista ponía a correr el taxímetro y apuntó la matrícula. Cosa, que nos dio bastante seguridad. Ya que los taxista de la ciudad suelen timar en estos aspectos.

Estuvimos 3 noches y genial Se encuentra en una calle paralela a la calle principal cerca de buenos restaurantes y de la playa , el camino un poco oscuro por la noche por decir algo no tan bueno El aire acondicionado funciona genial, la ducha también La habitación espaciosa El personal muy amable y te ayuda en todo (alquiler de motos, recogida del aeropuerto , lavandería etc) Limpio y agradable El desayuno básico pero bien (estaría bien que tuviesen ice café incluido)

Richard and his team were incredible hosts!! They helped organise trips, taxis - even for early morning dives and made the place feel like a home. Great location if you want an insight into the local culture with a village nearby. Also close to North beach and a couple of restaurants. Highly recommend the mango pancakes and omelettes!
