We had 2 bedroom apartment with pool access which was perfect for our family. 7/11 , laundry and massage just outside the hotel. Great pool. Very clean. Also good variety of restaurants and bars. We used Grab for traveling and food orders which was very comfortable and only 5 minutes from every place we wanted to visit.

However, the owners are always there to help - one of the best people I met in Thailand. If you have any questions, they answer on Whatsapp literally in a few minutes. Beds very comfortable, my room also had key lockers. The common area is ideal for relaxing and spending time getting to know other travelers. Location perfect - minutes from train station, market and temple on the hill (perfect for sunset). Great base for biking trips to the beach or to a fishing village nearby. The hostel also offers bike rentals (50 THB for one day). I will definitely come back here :)

22 km from Pranburi Forest Park, S&F villa is a recently renovated property set in Sam Roi Yot and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. The holiday home features parking on-site, a hot tub and a 24-hour front desk. This villa is incredible. A clean and large private villa with great cooking facilities and a large fridge and tv. The hosts are so lovely and will do anything to help, and the food they cook is delicious. The pool is incredible, clean and well maintained and perfect for spending an afternoon with. 7-eleven is in walking distance, about 15mins away but it’s not on Google maps, however the hosts have a map in the villa of everything around. The beach is also very near and the hosts can drive you into Hua Hin as grabs could sometimes be a bit hard to get. I will definitely be staying here again!

Great location, ultra-clean facility inside and outside, spacious room, comfortable bed, quiet room, strong shower with constant water temperature, a good-sized fridge that keeps things cold, superb air conditioniing, and fast and reliable wifi. The manager, Ms. Somsong, is one of the kindest, warmest, most welcoming people I've ever encountered in my seven decades on this planet. The guest house is a three-minute walk from a large, modern mall with a huge grocery store and numerous modestly-priced eateries. And even at my slow pace, I could walk to the beach in less than ten minutes. We also used the laundry service and for a reasonable rate our clothes came back clean, fragrant and neatly folded. If ten stars is the top rating, this place gets eleven. It is highly recommended.
