Great place! i was upgraded from dormitory to single room. The room has a stupendous view on the rice fields. Everything super clean. Comfy duvet. Excellent breakfast. The staff did not speak a lot of english (and it is great we are still in a multicultural world!), but were very helpfull and understood my needs. I asked the owner to organise for me the bus trip to Dieng Bien Phu. He told me he was going to organise it and confirm me everything later, what he actually did. I greatly appreciate that! It is super professional and reassuring.

Everything is excellent and varied to suit all tastes, local food and Western alike. We had an extraordinary stay! Just what we needed to rest and calm down after 5 days in the madness of Hanoi. Thanks again, we'll miss Minh and Lulu the dog!
