Everyone there is very friendly! The room was very nicely furnished, the bed super comfortable and the bathtub awesome! We liked it very much and are coming back for surely! There’s also a small cafe bar, that’s open from 12.00-17.00 and offers delicious cakes!

Impeccably clean, great spa, super kind staff, especially Miroslav from the reception desk who couldn’t do more to make us feel at home. Comfortable and spacious rooms, great beds and bathrooms. The breakfast was extensive and delicious with an amazing choice, one of the very best we’ve ever had in a hotel. The spa area is very clean and with a lot of options. It felt a bit awkward for us to get used to this German style sauna dressing code but it actually wasn’t a big deal, just something new. All in all, if coming to this peaceful and stylish spa town, look no more - book the Falkensteiner.

We had such a great time staying here! George, the host, was super kind and helpful – he really made us feel at home and gave us some great tips during our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect – close to everything, but still nice and quiet. Our room was big, comfy, and really clean – exactly what we needed to relax. Also, the food was amazing! I booked with my girlfriend at the Residence Le Theatre and I can say it was a fantastic experience. I appreciated the Residence both for its beauty and location, which is central and just a few steps from the Kolonáda. The service was extremely professional and pleasant.
